Hii...

Wouldn't that be great, eating dark chocolate makes you perform better as an athlete.

First of all the study subjects replaced a daily snack (unspecified) with 40g of chocolate. Nine(!) moderately trained subjects did a cycle test, then were randomly assigned to replace one snack each day with either 40g of white chocolate or 40g of dark chocolate for 14 days and then tested again. After this they switched to eating the chocolate they hadn't been eating before, for again 14 days and were tested again. The study concluded that "Chronic supplementation with DC resulted in a higher GET and enhanced TT performance."
